School Relevancy

FutureConnect supports student outcomes like attendance, discipline, achievement and motivation by engaging each student to reflect on their future and how school will support their success. In short, we believe students perform best once they have attached personal meaning to school.

We understand schools face challenging mandates such as 'No Child Left Behind' with limited time and resources. FutureConnect saves teachers and guidance professionals time by engaging both students and their parents in planning, goal-setting and supporting school programs.

Our program is flexible and consultative. We strive to support existing school programs and personnel taking into account any scheduling/resource constraints. We supply additional people, onsite/offsite service and technology to help schools enhance the measurable impact they make with each student.

Career Maturity & Career/College Success

Career maturity matters regardless of whether a student plans to pursue college, work or other pursuits after high school. We live in an age where young people can expect to change jobs and careers several times over their lifetime. Nevertheless, it is important that students pursue post-secondary education and careers with purpose and planning. Students exposed to FutureConnect will improve their chances of post-secondary and career success.
